In the last step (single query) we produced a list of watercolour pictures like this:

If you look at the query results above it would be more helpful to have a list in a coherent order - either by Artist Name or Value.

 

STEP 1 - OPEN THE DESIGN VIEW OF THE QUERY

If your query is still open click on VIEW, DESIGN VIEW  or the design view icon on the far left of the toolbar.

If you have closed the query click on Queries, Watercolours in Stock and Design

STEP 2 - SET THE SORT ORDER
