A crowd of gravestones wait another day…

This was taken in Derbyshore last year. I chose to call it this title because the variety of shapes and sizes of gravestones remind me of people. The gravestones have seen a lot of sunrises!

6.30 in the morning. but it was worth it to see the sunrise over lindesfarne castle. I had a perfect shot of a rowing boat in the foreground, but the fisherman turned up and took it before the sun rose. Luckily I got this shot of him setting off in his main fishing boat.

I love waves! On holiday in France last year, I had a couple of hours to just concentrate on photographs. Thsi was the best picture I took of waves breaking on the Brittany shore. I have a much better one (taken by someone else) above my mantlepiece
